The fill-finish suite is a dynamic environment. Fluids must be moved from bulk storage tanks to filling needles with absolute consistency in flow rate and pressure. Brevet supports this workflow with a range of rigid and flexible components designed for single-use filling assemblies:

Flow Splitters & Manifolds: Our precision-molded Y-Connectors and T-Connectors allow you to split bulk product into multiple filling lines without creating dead legs or turbulence that could cause shear/foaming.
Dimensional Accuracy: In filling operations, flow rate consistency is key. Our connectors are molded to tight tolerances to ensure that the internal diameter (ID) matches your tubing perfectly, preventing pressure drops or cavitation bubbles that disrupt dosing accuracy.

Reducers & Adapters: Seamlessly transition between bulk transfer tubing (large bore) and final filling tubing (small bore) using our medical-grade reducers, ensuring a smooth step-down in flow.

Pulling a sample for bioburden or endotoxin testing shouldn’t put your batch at risk. Traditional “open” sampling methods are a primary source of contamination. Brevet connectors facilitate closed-system sampling, allowing you to draw fluid without ever exposing the main line to the environment.

Zero Dead Volume Designs: Our connectors feature smooth internal transitions to minimize “hold-up” volume. This ensures your sample is representative of the batch and reduces product waste.
Sanitary Sampling Ports: We manufacture custom ports and luer adapters that integrate with aseptic sampling bags and syringe assemblies.

Crimping & Sealing Compatibility: Our flexible PVC formulations are designed to be compatible with standard RF sealers and crimping tools, allowing operators to “crimp off” a sample line permanently after use, leaving a sealed, sterile end.
